Due to sanitary and health reasons, lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us by email www.lulusbeautybox1@gmail.com WITHIN 72 HOURS of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.  Please include a photo of the defective product and a brief description. All lashes and products must NOT be worn or altered in any way to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Sale items, which includes items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are FINAL SALE.

   

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE  PROCESSING TIME

 Refund processing time: We will respond in an email within 72 hours. Once we have accepted your refund, we will process your refund within 24-48 hours. You will receive your refund to the original payment method. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Depending on your banking institution, you should see your refund back in your account within 10 business days.

Exchange processing time: We will respond in an email within 72 hours. Once we have accepted your exchange, we will send your replacement within 72 hours. If your item is no longer available, we will offer a different item of the same kind and  equal to the value of the original item.  We will then send the product within 72 hours.
